If you have followed the instructions, and are still having problems, or if you are having a different technical problem, then please fill out the form below. Include as much of the following information as you can:
Detailed description of the problem (including any error messages you see)
What type of computer you are using (PC or Mac)
What operating system is installed (Windows, Apple, Linux, etc...)
Where you are connecting from (e.g. home using a dial-up account or at work using the network)
How much memory / RAM is installed in your computer
The speed of your modem (please indicate if you are using a cable modem).
