Technical Problems Form

If you experience technical problems accessing databases through AU Library, please make sure that you have reviewed the instructions on this page: FAQ's Regarding Remote Access to Databases. If you have followed the instructions, and are still having problems, or if you are having a different technical problem, then please fill out the form below. Include as much of the following information as you can:

  • Detailed description of the problem (including any error messages you see)
  • What type of computer you are using (PC or Mac)
  • What operating system is installed (Windows, Apple, Linux, etc...)
  • Where you are connecting from (e.g. home using a dial-up account or at work using the network)
  • How much memory / RAM is installed in your computer
  • The speed of your modem (please indicate if you are using a cable modem).
