Please read this message from Ebsco: "Due to recent software upgrades, some customers have encountered trouble accessing several EBSCO services, including, but not limited to Full-Text links, EBSCOadmin and EBSCOhost Collection Manager. In addition, customers have, at times, reported service degradation with EBSCOhost, EBSCO Discovery Service and the EBSCO Discovery Service API. We apologize for the disruption in service and are working around the clock to resolve the issues. We are aware that this is not the level of service you have come to expect from EBSCO and appreciate your patience while we work towards a resolution". October 20, 2017, 1:12 pm Streaming video outage http://library.athabascau.ca/n/1074 We are currently experience an unplanned outage of one of our streaming video servers and some videos will not play.  We are working with our vendor on resolving this issue and will post any further updates on the system status page. March 10, 2017, 8:30 am Exporting Citations to RefWorks After August 3, 2016 http://library.athabascau.ca/n/1001 RefWorks is currently in the process of upgrading their platform. This new platform will be available to Athabasca University Library patrons after May 1, 2018.   As of August 3, 2016, a pop-up window may appear that will prompt you to either "Export to the new RefWorks" or "Export to legacy RefWorks" when you export citations from a database. Please select "Export to legacy RefWorks".  More information about the RefWorks upgrade, and about making the transition to the ProQuest RefWorks platform, will be forthcoming.  Please contact AU Library with your questions or concerns at library@athabascau.ca, or (800) 788-9041, ext. 6254. June 20, 2016, 9:36 am Firefox 45.0.x doesn't work with Ebsco ebooks http://library.athabascau.ca/n/975 Ebsco has identified an issue with Ebsco ebooks not showing the content of e-books when using Firefox 45.0.x  We suggest that you do not upgrade to Firefox version 45.0. if you are using Ebsco ebooks. If you have problems reading Ebsco e-books, please use another broswer such as Chrome, Internet Explorer or Safari (on Macs). We apologize for the inconvenience.
