Disruption to Ebsco products and services

Access to Ebsco products may be unavailable or intermittently unavailable due to technical problems. Please read this message from Ebsco: "Due to recent software upgrades, some customers have encountered trouble accessing several EBSCO services, including, but not limited to Full-Text links, EBSCOadmin and EBSCOhost Collection Manager. In addition, customers have, at times, reported service degradation with EBSCOhost, EBSCO Discovery Service and the EBSCO Discovery Service API. We apologize for the disruption in service and are working around the clock to resolve the issues. We are aware that this is not the level of service you have come to expect from EBSCO and appreciate your patience while we work towards a resolution".

Exporting Citations to RefWorks After August 3, 2016

RefWorks is currently in the process of upgrading their platform. This new platform will be available to Athabasca University Library patrons after May 1, 2018.
As of August 3, 2016, a pop-up window may appear that will prompt you to either "Export to the new RefWorks" or "Export to legacy RefWorks" when you export citations from a database. Please select "Export to legacy RefWorks".
More information about the RefWorks upgrade, and about making the transition to the ProQuest RefWorks platform, will be forthcoming.
